因为主体运营公司注册资本金较大3000万，可能没有一次性实缴，等主体运营公司赚到钱之后，再分红到控股公司里，控股公司再反投回来，夯实主体运营公司的注册资本金，这样就起到了防火墙的作用，为了更好的开展业务，他们没有直接用主体公司在运营，而是在业务层面投资了5家子公司，这样设计的好处有三个：
