1、明确合伙人之间的责、权、利。合伙创业讲究情怀，这本身没有错，因为大家共同开创事业，必然有共同的价值观、必然志同道合，但是大家最终也要实现各自的实际利益。这个实际利益体现在哪就体现在公司股权、股比上。股权比例是合伙人在公司项目中作用和价值的体现。
