顶层设计高度重视产业间的融合创新。济南积极探索制造业与服务业的深度融合,鼓励传统制造业企业向 “制造 + 服务” 转型。部分机械制造企业在顶层引导下,不仅专注于产品生产,还延伸产业链,提供设备维护、远程监控、系统解决方案等增值服务,实现了从单纯制造向综合服务提供商的转变。同时,济南大力推动数字经济与实体经济融合,实施 “工赋泉城” 行动,借助工业互联网平台、“星火・链网” 超级节点(济南)等数字化基础设施,助力传统产业数字化转型。以纺织服装产业为例,通过引入数字化设计、智能化生产设备以及线上营销渠道,该产业大幅提升了生产效率与市场竞争力,实现了传统产业在数字时代的焕新发展。
